The Summit Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau for Ecocity 2019 and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Summit. Discounted room rates have been negotiated for delegates and groups. All sponsors and exhibitors are asked to support the Summit by booking accommodations via the official Housing Bureau. Priority selection of hotel rooms will be granted to sponsors.
The Summit Secretariat retains the right to downgrade sponsorship levels if sponsors do not book through the official Housing Bureau. Accommodation booking is available through the Summit website.
