CapU participates in the Carbon Neutral Government Program, reporting on GHG emissions from building and fleet energy, fugitive gases and paper use.     Ecocity Builders is a California nonprofit providing advocacy, consulting, and education in sustainable city planning and development. We are the keepers of the Ecocity World Summit conference series, where since 1990, the ecocity movement has gathered every other year.     Environmental Operators Certification Program (EOCP)
    The Environmental Operators Certification Program (EOCP) evolved from a voluntary initiative of a handful of dedicated wastewater treatment plant Operators in 1966. The EOCP was the first such organization in Canada, and now oversees the classification of thousands of water and wastewater facilities and systems, and the certification of more than 4,500 Operators, to enable the prudent management of water and wastewater across British Columbia and Yukon for more than 4.2 million people.
